What does the shipping cost?
Shipping is free. Free shipping includes freight delivery to residential areas with a lift gate. There are no additional charges for residential delivery or for the lift gate.
Is a Fountain Cover Included?
Yes! A free fountain cover will be included with your order.
Are color samples available?
Yes! We will be happy to send you free concrete color samples. Please email or call us for color samples.
When will my fountain be delivered and must I be present for the delivery?
The usual time to receive your fountain is about 4 weeks. You must be present to accept the delivery. You will be emailed the shipping company information when the order leaves HENRI Stonecasters. The shipping company will call 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery. Dates of delivery can be changed through discussion with the shipping company.
How will my fountain arrive?
Your fountain will arrive in a wooden crate about 4 x 5 feet.
Will the freight company uncrate my fountain?
The freight company will place the crate at your curbside or other nearby areas. They will not take apart the crate or assemble your garden fountain.
How is the fountain assembled and installed?
The HENRI concrete fountains require assembly. Instructions for assembling and installation can be found in the HENRI Instruction sheet for this fountain.
