Returns, Refunds and Warranty for The Garden Fountain Store
Gift Items
Gift items include all products except planters and fountains and custom orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a gift item, The Garden Fountain Store will gladly refund your money with the return of the product in its original packing. The refund of your item will be limited to the purchase price of the item plus a 10% restocking fee and will not include either original or return shipping. You must notify The Garden Fountain Store within 14 calendar days for any returns or refunds prior to the return of the product.
Planters and Fountains
All planters and garden fountains including the Frank Lloyd Wright Collection® will be refunded only if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product delivered was not on the written order. Refunds are not provided if these items are damaged during installation. The Garden Fountain Store and Blue Leaf LLC have no contracts with any company providing installation. Installations are the sole responsibility of the customer and while The Garden Fountain Store and Blue Leaf may assist in location of local installers we are not responsible for the performance of any such contactors.There may be slight variations in color with these items and these variations in color will not be a reason for refund or replacement if the color of the item matches the described color on the written order form. If requested color swatches can be sent to customers before orders are placed.
If your garden fountain or cast stone planter sustains minor damage, repair of the item may be effective. We will gladly send a repair/patch kit with instructions.
There is a 100% charge for cancellations for planters and garden fountains once production has started. Refunds will only be made to freight charges if the product has not shipped. If you wish to cancel an order please Contact Us by phone and send email to info@thegardenfountainstore.com.
Warranty
Because of our improved mix design and integral reinforcing, we offer a 10-year limited warranty on our cast stone products including the Frank Lloyd Wright Planters and garden fountains. The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects and does not cover damage from mishandling, collision or other misuse. Contact us for any warranty qestions and details for filing a claim. Electronic pictures will be required to file the claim. In the event of a warranty claim, the liability of The Garden Fountain Store and Blue Leaf LLC shall be limited to the value of the pieces covered. The Garden Fountain Store and Blue Leaf shall have the option to replace such covered pieces if it chooses.
